"Tatar (Russia)" locale with Unix code tt_RU

The name of Russian scripted locale for Tatar language is "Tatar (Russia)", and Unix code "tt_RU". It's a standard already used in localization of Linux.

Please add stub-files into MediaWiki distribution for the tt_RU localization.

A bit later (after translation finishing) the $wgLanguageCode variable in file /LocalSettings.php of the server should be setted to "tt_RU".

I think the localization will take about 1-3 days.

Stubs for the "Tatar (Russia)" locale:

1. Create file: /languages/classes/LanguageTt-ru.php

Vandalism in progress

This section is intended to get administrator attention quickly when dealing with current instances of vandalism.

Case: User Сура . Novice. No own pages. Just moving other's pages without preliminary discussion. Alphabets mixing (see Рәсәй Föderasiäse [here]).

As per my work. I started it after big discussion on 3 different pages (you perfectly know what are those pages). I do not have to much personal attitude towards the situation but I understood that the situation is nearly critical. Of course you may revert all my changes which took much time but after I will for sure stop doing anything to help in this situation. And you may still have a wiki in 4 different graphic codes without any chance to develop and change between different codes as many times as you want to. But I hope that you will understand this critical situation as well, as you prooved on discussin pages. And as per flashmobers - there are very few of us who wants to do anything to help. Of course you may wait for somebode else, not russian flashmobers, may be you will success sometime.Сура 21. Mar 2008, 14:27 (UTC)

I will stop doing any work unless I will be sure it would not be a waist of time. I'm not a flashmobber or vandal so I do not want to do useless work. And finally I will explaine why I started with headings. The headings are useful for search engeens such as yandex, google etc so for native tatar users it would be very useful as they could find wikipedia page using yandex (in cyrillic script).
