Hello! My name is Eugene Alvin Villar and I was the Treasurer of Wikimedia Philippines for the 2016–2017 term. I previously held the Secretary position for the 2011–2012 term, the President/Chairman position for the 2012–2013 and 2014–2015 terms, the President position for the 2013–2014 term, and the Chairman position for the 2015–2016 term. I was also a member of the Board of Trustees from 2010 to 2017.
