Thank you for a valid point, Nemo bis. Enforcement would be an issue here, as our bureaucrats were until recently creating copyvio articles, now ignoring the issue & trying to protect even the proven ones against inclusion on the respective noticeboard, not to mention tagging them with respective templates.
